Proper Way to Repair Windows 7-11

To repair Windows 10 image problems with DISM, use these steps:

1. Open Start.
2. Search for Command Prompt, right-click the top result, and select the Run as administrator option.
3. Type the following command to repair the Windows 10 image and press Enter:
   DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
4. Once complete, you may be asked to restart the computer.  Go ahead and restart it if prompted.
5. Open Start.
6. Search for Command Prompt, right-click the top result, and select the Run as administrator option.
7. Type the following command to repair the Windows 10 image and press Enter:
   sfc /scannow
