Adobe Acrobat Keeps Crashing a Few Seconds After Opening

The crash report had the following error in it:

ERROR_HB_UNABLE_TO_LOAD_DLL

Click the hamburger menu ( 3 lines ) at the upper left corner and choose Disable new Acrobat.  But you have to be quick before it crashes again.
